Timothy formed the GP3 Institute to provide a global network of advisors with knowledge of public private partnerships from community to global level initiatives. Tim served as General Counsel and Managing Director of Corporate Services for Gavi the Vaccine Alliance. Prior to his role at Gavi, he practiced with the Seattle law firm, Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, where he provided counsel to a broad range of clients, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Microsoft Corporation, Amazon.com and T-Mobile.

Marya Sherer Nielander has over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, and worked in the computer industry for companies such as AST Research, US Robotics/ 3Com, and Microsoft. Marya
focuses on marketing and business development for GP3 Institute as well as the GP3 Law School Research Associate and Internship program.

Wise Chigudu is an experienced finance practitioner specializing in creating innovative financial solutions across insurance, equity and debt markets. Wise has advised various organisations on insurance/reinsurance structuring, product design and pricing of financial products, capital optimisation and risk management.

Lauranne Duffaut is a Belgian-francophone international lawyer. She joins us from assisting disaster relief efforts as a Legal Officer at the African Risk Capacity Secretariat in South Africa. Lauranne began building the breadth of her international legal experience by interning with the United Nations in New York and Armenia and for the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Following her time at the ICC, Lauranne worked as an international criminal lawyer with the Office of the Co-Prosecutors at the Khmer Rouge Tribunal (ECCC) in Cambodia before joining the Appeals Chamber of the Yugoslav Tribunal (ICTY) in The Hague.

German Rodriguez is a lawyer specialist in insurance law, risk management and corporate governance. German has worked with international organizations, public entities and law firms in related projects of development of Public Private Partnership in Latin American countries, supporting project management, financing, as well as risk distribution schemes.
