BOARD MEMBERS
Mr. Eelco Szabó is an international lawyer and general counsel with more than 25 years of progressively responsible roles in international tribunals, intergovernmental organizations and public-private partnerships. From 2010 to 2019, Eelco was Director Legal and General Counsel of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, where he provided strategic leadership of the legal function and was responsible for all legal services to the organization and its governing bodies. Eelco now assists organizations in developing or improving their governance arrangements and in establishing or modifying their legal and operational structures to function effectively and efficiently.
Dr. Hans Vemer
is an long-time expert in women's health, educated as an ObGyn and reproductive endocrinologist in the Netherlands and Belgium, with business training at INSEAD. He worked in academia: Universities of Nijmegen and Leuven and at an affiliate of Johns Hopkins in Baltimore. He was active in a number of countries in Europe, and in the USA and Asia, for the pharma industry: Organon and Schering-Plough, and for non-profit/NGOs: Jhpiego and Concept Foundation.
Hans now resides in the Netherlands.

Ms Lauranne Duffaut is a Belgian-francophone international lawyer. Lauranne Duffaut is a Belgian international lawyer, currently working as a Field Legal Adviser for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Nigeria, supporting the organization's activities in the country.
She served the United Nations and international tribunals, in The Hague (Netherlands) and Phnom Penh (Cambodia). She received her bachelor's degree in law from Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL), Belgium; a master's degree in public international law from the University of Amsterdam (UVA), the Netherlands; and holds another master's degree in American law, from the Pennsylvania Law School.
Marya Sherer Nielander has over 25 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, and worked in the computer industry for companies such as AST Research, US Robotics/ 3Com, and Microsoft. Marya
focuses on marketing and business development for GP3 Institute as well as the GP3 Law School Research Associate and Internship program.
Timothy advises public private cooperation initiatives and their financing mechanisms. Tim holds an LL.M. from the University of Houston, a Ph.D. in International Law and Global Development from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and is a Member of the UK’s CIARB Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is licensed to practice law in the U.S. and as a solicitor in England and Wales. In addition, He is a published author on Global Development PPP’s supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.
