GP3 Foundation is a non-profit established in the Netherlands which hosts a network of experts that have designed, established and served as implementing board members, executives and/or senior advisors of development finance partnerships.  

 

GP3's mission is framed by SDG 17 Partnerships.  Experts provide technical assistance to help States and non-State stakeholders establish institutional forms to enable blended finance and coordinated management of intellectual property to stimulate innovation. GP3 works with stakeholders to design and establish better development finance flows modeled to meet milestones and aspirations of SDG 1-16 Targets.

 

Stakeholders often include  traditional OECD ODA grant donors and development capital funders,  private philanthropy, traditional international organizations, program countries, NGOs, impact investors and innovative social enterprises.

 

GP3’s experts have served as executives and Board members of a range of such programs - spanning a broad spectrum of public private cooperation initiatives in Africa, Central and South America, Southeast Asia, South Asia, the Pacific and the Caribbean.
