
GERMAN RODRIGUEZ
German Rodriguez is a lawyer specialist in insurance law, risk management and corporate governance. He obtained his master's degree in insurance law and economics from the Catholic University of Louvain-la-Neuve in Belgium.He has worked with international organizations, public entities and law firms in related projects of development of Public Private Partnership in different Latin American countries, supporting both risk distribution schemes as well as project management and financing, as well as technical advice for the definition of government policies on Public Private Partnership topics and catastrophic risk management and financing.He has also provided technical advice on various public - private projects in Latin America aimed at poverty reduction, adaptation to climate change, sustainable agriculture among others through inclusive finance and insurance schemes, financial education programs, parametric insurance and others risk management and financing schemes.In addition, German has extensive knowledge and experience in legislative and regulatory frames in Latin American countries, as well as in recommendations and best practices in government policies from international organizations such as OECD, World Bank, international associations of financial supervisors and others.
