The Global Partnership for Education supports the SDGs by helping to fund education sector plans in developing countries, focusing on children in poor countries and gender equality in education. GPE mobilizes finance through partnership arrangements to help strengthen education systems. Partners include beneficiary countries, funding countries and foundations, international organizations, NGOs and the private sector. GP3 advisors have consulted GPE on governance, institutional design and operational matters in support of its mission. 

Not every program succeeds. The St. Christopher Regional Diabetes Center was established as a non-profit to promote greater awareness in St. Kitts and Nevis, and the Caribbean region about diabetes and to educate medical students. It operated briefly with funding from various donors but was unable to establish a full academic program focused on nephrology and new treatments for people suffering with diabetes. The program closed before it could reach its objective, to create the first non-profit medical school in the Caribbean operating with a regional diabetes treatment center. GP3 advisors provided pro-bono institutional design support.
