”Embrace the chaos, and make the most of it. This is the motto I live by. As a Chinese international student who speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, and English, I was able to immerse myself in diverse cultures ever since I was a child. I came all alone to the U.S. 7 years ago for college and later my Juris Doctor Degree in Law School. The reason why I chose to become an attorney is that I love to help with the chaos in people’s lives and in the world generally by finding answers in the well-written laws.
Business conducted across the countries faces a lot of legal chaos. This is more true when it comes to public-private partnerships since there is often no settled laws for the cooperation between different sectors in different countries. However, what’s better than finding an answer in the well-written laws is to develop one. Embrace the chaos, and make the most of it—that is exactly what Tim and GP3 do for their clients and the world. Interning with Tim at GP3 has taught me to develop an answer when you could find none, truly achieving the motto I live by."

"I graduated from Chapman Law in 2019 and I am a practicing entertainment attorney. My internship at GP3 might seem like an odd fit given my current work; however, the entertainment and media environment, like many others, has become increasingly global. I see global development as pivotal in shaping the next wave of media that is increasingly diverse and a true cultural melting pot.
My internship, and being able to work with Tim specifically, taught me how to see the forest for the trees. Being able to see problems at scale with perspective is a skill that I apply daily, and I am grateful to have learned it at GP3. "

"I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles before moving to Kyoto, Japan to teach English. I went on to graduate from Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in December 2019. I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to intern at GP3 for an unforgettable summer. GP3 has instilled in me valuable lessons centered around forming strong relationships to build a better, more connected, and more sustainable global future. I will always remember the importance of keeping an open-mind and recognizing the opportunities to learn from any experience. The lessons and experiences I've attained at GP3 have positively impacted my goals and perspective as I advocate for global initiatives in support of environmental sustainability."
